I have a injury scars on my forehead from since last 14-15 years..i want a permanent solution of this..is it possible to remove it by any surgery or any other solution..??

Scars can be surgically removed. The procedure is known as scar revision. A new scar which will be formed after removing the old scar will be made in such a way that it is masked in the normal skin lines. Also very fine suture materials and instruments are used to close the wound so that a very tiny, scar remains which is not visible to people.
