Scars are pits on the skin formed due to acne, chicken pox, trauma, etc. Marks are brown spots which form after acne comes down or due to other causes. If these are marks mistaken as scars, chemical peels will help. If these are scars, then the best treatments that I would give for my patients would be derma roller or laser or subcision or a combination of these to get the best results.
