Usually Pigmentation treatment depends on type and depth of Pigmentation...
Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage to skin
Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that correct treatment options can be provided
Use tretinoin better but a combination cream is much better than tretinoin to prevent reaction
