Good afternoon Based on x ray - it is unlikely to be cancer. It is a rotated film.It means that the position of your chest was towards the left side while taking x ray....You do have a few dilated airways on your right....you might be getting a few episodes of cough and phlegm over the years...Im guessing...Any confirmation of cancer is only possible with cect chest and pathology sampling. From this film, I feel it is unlikely to be cancer... however ct confirmation maybe needed
Next Steps
Should do another chest xray pa view in normal position
Health Tips
if repeat chest x ray also suspicious , then go for Chest CT.

Rotation is only due to position of the chest ,when xray is taken.you need to take CT chest for further evaluation and treatment. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
