Scar that won’t go away, two months

I have a big acne scar on my chin that has a bit of a hyperpigmentation to it but it’s been like that for two months now and it has almost like a black dot right in the middle. people say it’s a cyst but ice never had issues with those before. i’ve tried vitamin c oil , skin lightening cream and even aloe vera nothing will reduce it.
