Scar on my face under left eye

I have a scar on left side of my face under left eye. It is 18yrs old scar. I got this scar after I fell from my balcony. That time there was no such scar but with time it started developing. I have gone through some minor laser treatment but there is no effect. Can you suggest me better and effective option to heal this.
