Hi My daughter age 08 years has scar on back since childhood after birth initially it was small but now growing i have  consulted doctor he said as she is growing so scar is also looking big.he has given some cream but it not helped. Please suggest some good medicine or cream to treat it. Attaching pic also. Thanks

This looks like a mole. This will increase in size as she grows taller. Creams won't help in this condition. Laser is a better option, but that can be done only after she s 18 years or more

It looks like a nevus (birthmark/mole) which is due to collection of cells deep inside skin layers. Creams don’t penetrate upto that layer so won’t help. She might need laser treatment for her condition but should go for it once body has fully grown (post 18years of age usually).
Next Steps
It would grow as the size of body grows as has been told by your doctor.
