I have scars and upon it a 8*5 inch tattoo . I want to remove both of them . Is that possible and how much will it cost me?

It is possible but without seeing and examining it is not possible to determine the plan and cost Please consult me at yashoda hospital somajiguda Hyderabad If not possible atleast post photos
