Scapular pain
I have severe scapular pain. Earlier I used to struggle with L3/L4 pain but now its fine. Now my wrists nerve is swelling and lot of pain. Please suggest.

You may be suffering with Repetitive strain injury leading to Carpal tunnel syndrome. Do icing, give rest to the wrist by avoiding unnecessary wrist movements.
