Scan report query at 6W3D

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is pregnant with 6W3D and had ultrasonography scan and report says yolk sac not seen and fetal pole not seen. Is it normal at this time ? could you please anyone clarify and explain about these 2 terms ?
