Hello ,I have continuous UTI for last one month .I have attached my scan report kindly have a look doctors

Please get urine R/M and C/s with first morning sample of urine and blood sugar and consult with reports for management of urinary symptoms. Your scan is fine,except for NASH,which is not confirmed.however you only need lifestyle modificatiins for that at the moment.

Your abdomen scan report is normal including liver gall bladder, pancreas , kidneys and prostate .The sonologist  has some doubts about fatty liver.In such instances it is better to get liver function tests to check if liver enzymes are elevated .
