Scalp pimple folliculitis
Suffering from scalp pimples from past one year they look like red pimples with white fluid and dandruff a major problem ,i doubt whether they are folliculitis i got medication from doctor but they are again observed on scalp how get rid of this completely and from dandruff also please convey the best shampoo for dandruff eradication or do i need to take any probiotics for that , in the past i have been medicated with lot of antibiotics is this cause of folliculitis or am i suffering from overheat in my body . With these on my head could i get tonsured head ?

Dandruff many times is associated with folliculitis. Appropriate antibiotic therapy along with anti dandruff treatment is required. Nowadays many good antifungal lotions and shampoo are available rather than traditional ones. Consult dermatologist. It will definitely help you.

Could be scalp acne. Treatment is long term antibiotic therapy or low dose isotreinoin. You may require microscopy or culture of pus from folliculitis lesion. Show to a nearby dermatologist to confirm diagnosis and start appropriate therapy.
