Scalp layer that resembles dandruff?
There is a thickish patch of skin on my scalp that if touched turns into little pieces of dandruff, its the second time this happened to me and i have to kindof scrape it off which causes a little bit of a mess. What is this patch that is attached to my scalp? its like a second skin and is whiteish
