Too much of dandruff and iching and pimples on scalp .please suggest me to get out of it.

For the time being you can try using salisia KT lotion as a shampoo when you're taking a bath. However I would recommend to get your scalp properly examined to know the extent of involvement and the severity of the condition. Additional treatment in terms of tablet or more lotions would depend on the condition. You can consult online with pictures or meet a dermatologist directly. Hope this is helpful.
