Hi, I have scalp eczema on the back and front of my scalp, the front of my scalp does not grow due to having traction alopecia, however, the back of my scalp DOES grow. I think the reason my front hair doesnt grow is because of the alopecia mainly. And i have still got some tiny hairs.
