After applying olive oil on the scalp for oil massage,and after shamphooing&conditioning,next day my wife scalp was affected,its started forming like pimples (she feel itching,pain,hot),she was feeling very irritating,uncomfortable,and iam so worried,pleass Dear Doctor!ineed your advise and your Suggession?

Greetings. Do not use oil on scalp. That too in those individuals who suffer from dandruff, fungal colonisation is prevalent. Oil further acts as a culture medium for fungus to grow and proliferate and cause fungal folliculitis or pimples which your wife is having. She ll need to see a qualified dermatologist and wil need to use an anti fungal shampoo. Further queries may be sent on follow up messaging. Warm regards
