Minimise the use of oil. It is recommended to oil your scalp 2 hours prior to hair wash. This should be repeated every 2 days .

You can but its better to avoid frequent oiling. Oiling can worsen dandruff since the dandruff causing fungus feeds on the oil and grows further.
Next Steps
You can oil 1 hr before hair wash. If your hair feels very dry, you can go for an warm oil massage with coconut oil.
Health Tips
Use a conditioner after anti dandruff shampoo to avoid dryness and frizziness

When you already have an oily scalp, dandruff does happen frequently. It’s better than you avoid the application to the scalp. You can apply only once the dandruff is washed off completely and that too not more than 2hrs before your headwash
Health Tips
Any hair oil is fine.
