  4. Scaling of lips. 4 months. please help!

Scaling of lips
Hi , I am getting dry scales like skin on my lip corners and sometimes outside  border too. If I apply tractor 0.1 next day it will be gone. But again after 3 days scaling starts. It's not painful or itchy.it has been around from 4 months. Please help
