Scabies...problem in penis region

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have started scabies treatment since the last 5days...in my penis region and the surrounding area there are rashes ...from where some sticky fluid oozes out...the entire area becomes sticky..it is extremely unfortable...what is the reason and remedy for this?? please help
