Scabies & Covid Vaccine

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm suffering from scabies (on penis) from past 2 weeks and taking treatment. My question is can I take my 2nd dose of covid vaccine as I'm under treatment? My second question is how do I get to know that my scabies is getting cured, as some part of scabies bumps have become dry and some still moist(redness and swollen) with itchiness which is worse after taking shower?
