Take ultra sound at anterior part of puriformis and heel and ift for 10 days.. thank u

Sciatic pain can occur due to compression of the sciatic nerve at two levels
1)one at the buttocks( piriformis)
2)other at the spinal level i.e. lower back due to spasm or the disc protrusion
Relieving the pressure on the nerve solves the problem

There r two possibility
1.she is having piriformis syndrome.
2.slip disc or prolapse intervertribral disc.
For both u have to consult orthopedics and after physioterapy will help to reduce pain
