Regular ear itching and fungal infection. Putting medicines the condition improves, but after a month or so it recurrs. I usually use candibiotic ear drop.

First and foremost....you must keep your ears dry! Use silicone rubber earplugs (available at all sports shops -used by swimmers) while bathing or going out in rain.
Next you must visit an ENT clinic equipped with microsuction equipment near you and get all fungal debris removed on a weekly basis! After 3-4 visits, you will finally be free of this stubborn infection!
