Problem in Ear (fungal infection)

I have a fungal ear infection on left side and I had a treatment, now I have the same with my right side ear. I have consulted my doctor and had tablet for past two days. I am taking montek lc tablet, FLUCONAZOLE 150MG, Xaria tablet and candid ear drops. and my doctor said that both ears are affected with fungal infection. it will cured in 3days. but I have ear discharge a fluid from Saturday night. and also having itching on ears. my questions are. 1, is ear fungal infection fully curable. 2,
