Hello doctor, Salt like watering in toungue is a sign of kidney disease or some other thing to look for, for past 3 days my toungue taste salty and watering, but no bitter taste or tasteless. Please tell me some suggestions, thanks in advance

It’s very vague sign Please rule out any Peptic ulcer disease
