I have sallow ( pale yellow) on face. my rest of the body us fair. my skin has been exposed to sunlight 4-5 yrs ago when i used to play tennis n also went for swimming. it could be tan on face. but i also got done my haemoglobin test n my haemoglobin was low 10.1. i've started taking haematinic syrup n other haemoglobin increasing foods. but how much time would it take for my face skin to get back to healthier looki g skin n will it be on its own or i have to get some other treatments done. pls help. really worried.
