  4. Saliva blood and sore throat. Of throat?

Saliva blood and sore throat
1 day back I drank and smoked very heavily that I vomitted in very rough manner. Again smoked and drank alcohol same night. Since yesterday I have sore throat and yesterday when I cleared throat to spit, in the saliva there was small traces of blood. Blood is not coming now, it only came yesterday when I cleared throat 4 to 5 times. Does it indicate a serious condition? Or is it just the sore throat or the capillaries got injured due to previous night and trauma to throat? I am scared if it is a serious condition like cancer of throat? I just have a sore throat now and a pinch pain happening randomly in an interval of time on left chest muscle (not heart)

It's because of both infection and acidity due to drinking and smoking Kindly avoid drinking and smoking Needs to be evaluated for further treatment. Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon
