None of the painkillers is advisable on a long term basis. Treat the root cause to get rid of the disease rather than relying on pain killers.

Paracetamol 650 mg maximum dosage 2-3 times daily
This is the only safe option
My advice will be to deal with the problem of disc protrusion according to the level and not be in pain killer tablets only
