Safe to have Ashwagandha during RCHOP ?
I am currently suffering from NON-HODGINS Lymphoma stage 1. I am undergoing R-CHOP chemotherapy. Is it safe to consume Ashwagandha and tumeric during this period ?

Turmeric is fine ... There is evidence that turmeric is good ..in cancer setting .. But no data is available on aswaganda..so better to avoid it...
