I usually have runny nose because of AC in office but then since past 2-3 days ,I am sneezing .So please guide me

Avoid ac.take tablet levocetrizine plain 5mg at night for 5days. Consult an ENT after lockdown

Having runny nose in office suggests a possibility of allergen exposure at workplace. AC is usually a trigger. Sneezing for past 2-3 days could be because of Allergy/ flu.
Next Steps
If symptoms are persistent/ moderately- severe, You may need assessment of your Allergy.

Hi sneezing can be part of viral flu. If you seem to have sneeze and body ache kindly take rest at home avoid working in AC as it would further worse it.

If you see the sneezing continues beyond 3 days kindly consult.
