Do urine pregnancy test.
If positive do Beta Hcg blood test and Consult obstetrician.
Don't ignore symptoms like pain in lower abdomen and spotting or minimal bleeding if pregnancy test is positive.
If test is negative then wait for proper flow or consult gynecologist.
I pill or contraceptive pills if missed can cause spotting.
