Running nose sneezing
Sir/madam, i suffer from running nose, sneezing, itching throat especially in the morning or after having a small nap in the afternoon. i have tried decdak and allrid and allehra120., but this gives a temporary relief for few days .pl. suggest i will also prefer ayurved.

Hi, gd morn, I got ur issue though its small but disturbing n sucking ur concentration n performance. May be Allergically triggered but its Kaf-vataj issue, n as its since long it shares that Doshas r stuck n embded in Dhatus though medicine adding benefit but its not always fruitful. Can u consider to total transformation of ur immune system to the current trigger's, that demands turn around in ur habits of diet,exercise, sleep, medicinal Approach too!! Till u consult with Ayurved Dr empower to drop all ur current medicines n observe whats happening, spare 3-4 hrs bet'n ur dinner n ur sleep, if u choose to have nap in afternoon plz take before food.I'm open for ur Q...
