  4. Running nose problem. Cold. please help.

Running nose problem
I am facing this problem from last 10 years. In past when I faced this problem I took cetrizen tablet but now cetrizen doesn't help! I also took traditional tablet but all in vain. I didn't consult any doctor only took medicine of cold. Please help .
