Hello doctor my baby 1year old weight 12kg . She is having severe running nose through which she is unable to breath wel . N slight cough . Plz suggest .. she is not at all sleeping wel

Give otrivin p nasal drops thrice a day Flucold AF drops 0.5 ml thrice a day for 3 days Steam inhalation
