Running and stuffy nose with headache
Hi docs,
Whenever I am residing in Bangalore almost all of my mornings start with running nose or continuous sneezing or sometimes both and ends in the night with stuffy blocked nose. This is not the case when I am in my native in Madhya Pradesh. I have been in Bangalore since Jan now , and have lived here previously in 2014 for 2 years. Every Time when I am here it's the same problem, running stuffy blocked nose with continuous sneezing and from past two days it's followed by headache too.
Usually it all happens during mornings and night. Rest of the day it's bit controlled.
Please suggest what could be the case.
Are there any home remedies for it?
