Rove beetle
I have been bitten by a rove beetle. Extreme reddening of the skin. Unbearable pain. Very swollen Intolerable itching. Feels like my skin is being burnt. The area has spread a lot inspite of intake of medicines.I have been bitten 1 week ago and it is increasing day by day

This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist. Moles are usually benign in our country but any change in shape, size and colour should warrant an examination and if needed a skin biopsy should be performed without hesitation.
