Round itchy infection
I have round itchy skin patch on my neck. It itches alot. The itchy skin patch is getting bigger. The skin feels like dry and feels different in touch.

Try clotrimazole cream over the patch for 3-4 weeks and take levocetrizine tab at bedtime for 5 days.  If it persists or if you notice any new lesions erupting then visit the dermatologist personally for evaluation of the condition .
