I am facing issue on my throat one side of my throat is paining and difficult to swallow. I am started feeling body pain also from Morning what should i do. It started today morning only.

Most likely you are having a viral upper respiratory infection.. A course of paracetamol and plenty of fluids orally should help you. If the pain increases then you may also need to take a course of antibiotics. Please visit a nearby ent specialist for examination and correct treatment
