Rough spots on oral mucosa
I'm having rough spots on inside of my upper and lower lip,there's no pain or redness,when i look in the mirror they appear like white rough spots which can be peeled off sometimes,i i rub a finger,it feels rough,they vary from day to day,its been 6 weeks,I've done scaling symptoms resolved but they're coming again

They are called fordyce spots
It is completely normal to have them
Nothing to worry
This does not require any treatment
