Hi....I'm 30 years old...I used to ride bike  inside the around 100 km/daily. having problem with oral cavity.... last 4,5 days feeling severe dry mouth and tongue... strange feeling... even in day time...sometime  feeling left eye dryness..and painful blisster like thing we all get na...those things coming continuously... Inside the mouth when we use the tongue... Feeling rough (salt paper), sometimes inferior side of tongue get stuck to lower cavity... Actually I feel like the feeling after eating beeda...astringent tasete... Guide me.. Do I need emergency consultation.. Suggestions please Thanks

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits
