Rotator Cuff Weakness and like to do GYM
My age is just 24. My right shoulder Rotary Cuff is Weak and have cracking sound. I'm very much interested in doing GYM releated biceps,triceps . How long does it take to make rotary cuff problem?

You must identify the activities that your right shoulder is exposed to. Mouse, mobile, professional, domestic if dominant. And if non dominant you must check similar activities. Weakness is due to them. Improve the way you work. Stretching and Strength training of the right.
