My mon seems to use water a bit more in kitechen. In her hands, there are rot. I dont know of if I am using right words to describe. She is using B-TEX but its not curing it. She feels pain in it. Please advice.

The description is not clear but you should see a dermatologist for better understanding of the problem. It could be contact dermatitis which needs proper counseling to prevent recurrences. Use a bland moisturizer till then. Hope it helps you
