Roll over in one side only
5 month old baby(152 days old) born at 36 weeks gestation with no significant birth history and postnatal history. She has attained roll over at 3 1/2 months. Since then roll over to one side (left side) only. She is turning to other side but doesn't rollover to that side. Otherwise she is moving all 4 limbs equally. Also has bidextrous approach. Social smile and babbling also attained. We are concerned about rolling over to one side only? Please guide.

Since she is moving all four limbs equally I think there is nothing to worry. But nevertheless get it checked by pediatrician during next visit for vaccine ,mention it they will check the reflexes and muscle strength .
