Does consumption of roghan badam Shirin have any bad effects on males? Does it increase fat? Is its consumption bad in any manner? I have 3-5 ml of oil after breakfast without mixing it in anything

Hi As such it may not have much side effects unless and until when taken in excess quantities than recommended. if your are accustomed taken on empty stomach , you can taken other wise you can take in the mid morning time around 10:30-11:00 am also. have it once in 2 or 3 days instead of taking daily. You can also consume Almonds directly or overnight soaked which are very Healthy and beneficial too..Alomnds have great  benefits as are rich in many nutrients beneficial for Skin, Heart health , Hair as they are rich in Vitamin E, calcium, copper, magnesium and B-Complex Vitamins also. It is good for memory , strength and mind. You consume oil after breakfast without mixing is good to have . I am not sure how long you can consume the oild to have
