Hi as i met with accident i injured with road rash on face and left hand before 2 mnths it was healed but red colour has been not curing what to do for treatment

Hi. Greetings. You have post inflammatory scar and erythema I guess. This can be treated by silicone based gels. You'll need injections if scar is thick. Also you will definitely benefit in terms of improved appearance of the scars with fractional laser therapy which will improve the qualify of the skin of the scar tissue. Thus please see a dermatologist to discuss the same with him. Hope this helps.
