Risk for Down syndrome
Dear Sir/Madam, My wife is 17 weeks pregnant and during the double marker test high risk of 1:68 is identified. The NT scan was normal with nasal bone 2.2 mm and Nuchal translucency 1.7 mm. Doctor gave us options for NIPT/Aminocentesis and we did NIPT test. The NIPT test result is showing low risk. Kindly advise whether there are still chances of abnormality in the baby. Kindly advise and help us.
