Suffering by ringworm since 1 year. Took treatment but no progress please help took terbinafine, clotrimazole cream , ketoconazole lotion and soap and terefin cream, itrasys tab, etc

Hello
The problem of fungal infection won't get better if u don't know how to prevent it.
The factors which ubhave to take care of is.
1)have a bath twice a day
2) dry body really well before wearing clothes
3) always dust dusting antifungal powder on dry skin
4)wear cotton undergarments and loose cotton clothes
5) antifungal medication need to be taken for a longer time.
