Rings and rashes

Asked for Female, 23 Years

It started with rashes and rings, dry and scaly, spreading rapidly causing itching and darkening of skin with prominent inflamed boundaries. It has been diagnosed as Tinea Cruris. I've been given the mentioned medication but it doesn't seem to work. It's been almost 15 days. I'm under medication since three days. Please suggest. Thank you.
