Ringing in ears and headache
Hello I'm 19 and I'm having extreme ringing in ears and headache from last 4-5 days along with ear ache ..my ears are clean there's no wax and I don't use headphones I'm not able to understand why is this happening please help me .

Hello mam. Ringing in ears and headache can be due to ear issues or nerve issues. Advised to see both an ENT specialist and a neurologist, either offline or online. Regards

Needs evaluation. Tab. Aceproxyvon 1-0-1 for 3 days Tab. Pantocid 40mg 1-0-1 for 3 days before meals..

It is called tinnitus...if u have dizziness and vomiting along with it. .consult an ENT specialist...not just wax causes this.. Also did u try reducing weight recently?. And u need to check thyroid, sugars....
