Ringing in ear
I've been hearing a ringing in my ear for over 12 hours, I've tried to pop my ears but nothing seems to work and I can eat a sound difference from both ears when I close 1 at a time.

You might be suffering from condition known as eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It is due to decreased ear ventilation. Usually this condition resolves spontaneously within few days. You can try doing valsalva maneuver for faster recovery
