Ringing in ear /dizzyness (haven't eate)
Eailer this weekend I was listening to music all day through ear buds than later in the day i had Ringing in my ear. Now I feel slightly dizzy it's very odd. What's the issue?

Ringing sensation in ear associated with giddiness or dizziness needs to be evaluated in detail by clinical examination and tests to rule out inner ear related issues. Usually inner ear disorders will have such symptoms
